It takes a village to convince anyone to get their face into a sleep apnea mask - especially when it conjures the image of doomsday survival gear. But ResMed's latest innovation in masks was seriously nothing short of sleek and revolutionary. Everyone just needed to know. I crafted the website and all communications to launch the new mask across patient, physician and retailer audiences which gave me the opportunity to make very cohesive, meaningful connections about its benefits while driving market awareness.
To help retailers with patient outreach, I wrote manuals and scripts. I also crafted video scripts for the Chief Product Officer for global communications.
